Wentworth Miller, the Prison Break and Legends of Tomorrow star, defended himself against his recent weight gain in a very honest and open post on his Facebook page.

Miller’s post centered around a recent meme that surfaced of the actor looking heavier compared to his Prison Break days. The two photos were put next to each other with the caption, “When you break out of prison and find out about McDonald’s monopoly…”

The actor starts off with, “Today I found myself the subject of an Internet meme. Not for the first time. This one, however, stands out from the rest.”
