Post Malone was served with custody papers just days before his second weekend at Coachella.

Hee Sung ‘Jamie’ Park hired a process server to locate the singer. They found and handed him the paperwork just two days before the music festival’s second weekend of performances began.

The court documents state that Park is requesting primary physical custody and joint legal custody, which would allow the singer to visit their daughter. She also requests that he cover her legal fees.

In 2022, the singer was hospitalized after he fell off a stage during a concert.

Although she was the first to file for custody in California, Post Malone had already filed two days before her in Utah, and since he filed first, the case will be handled there.

Park had previously been unknown to the public, but in her current attempts to gain primary custody of their two-year-old, the court documents revealed the former fiancée to the public for the first time. The couple’s full relationship timeline remains a mystery, except for the birth of their child, currently only known as ‘DDS,’ which is listed as May 26, 2022. The couple broke up in late 2024.

Post Malone’s newest girlfriend, Christy Lee, was captured in March in a video of the “I Had Some Help” singer at a bar.

Despite the custody concerns, Post Malone’s headlining performance at Coachella weekend two went well and ended on a high note, with special guests Jelly Roll and Ed Sheeran surprising the festival crowd.

Jelly Roll will also be joining Post Malone on The BIG ASS Stadium Tour kicking off this Saturday, April 29, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
