Wreck-It-Ralph 2 premiered at New York Comic Con. Directors Rich Moore and Phil Johnston, co-screenwriter of Zootopia, as well as Head of Story Josie Trinidad talked about the highly anticipated sequel. They also screened 20 minutes of never before seen footage.

It starts off with a tender moment with Ralph and Vanellope after her game, Sugar Rush, breaks. Unable to afford a replacement part, Mr. Litwak, the owner of the arcade, plans to sell it.

Ralph thinks it’ll be great for her to hang out in his game for the rest of her lives, but she doesn’t think so. So Ralph comes up with the idea to find a replacement part on the Internet.

The scene that got the most attention was Vanellope meeting with all the Disney princesses when she surfs the web and goes to OhMyDisney.com.

Vanellope introduces the princesses to casual wear and sweatshirts. Elsa’s reads “Just let it go.” The movie is filled with Easter eggs and rejects the idea of the pure and perfect princess. To top things off, it ends with a Star Wars cameo.

According to Johnston, there was a debate over even making a follow-up, since most sequels tend to fail to live up to the first.

Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It-Ralph 2 premieres on November 21.
