Worst Kept Secret: Pattinson Admits To Dating Stewart

Finally confessing what everyone already knows: Twilight star Robert Pattinson has confirmed that he and co-star Kristen Stewart are, indeed, dating.

His admission came on Sunday, during a dinner held after the BAFTAs, an event that he and Stewart had planned on attending as a couple. Due in part to their rabid fans, however, the couple was unable to even sit together during the event, where Stewart won the Orange Rising Star award. “It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes," Pattinson said. "We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy… This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy. We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention.”

They will have many opportunities to make their red-carpet debut but perhaps none better than the next installment in the Twilight series, Eclipse, set to be released in July.
