Last week, court documents revealed Locklear pleaded no contest to eight misdemeanor offenses of resisting arrest and battery. The actress was found guilty and a judge ordered her to begin a residential treatment program as part of her sentence for two incidents that occurred last year.

Locklear is set to begin the 30-day treatment program on Sept. 6.

The first of the two incidents Locklear became involved in last year occurred in February 2018. The actress was arrested after police received a domestic violence call from her home in California. She was charged with four counts of battery and one count of obstructing an officer. Four months later, Locklear drew three new charges: battery against a police officer, battery against an EMT and obstructing an officer.

Locklear reportedly checked herself into a rehab facility in July 2018 after those two incidents and entered rehab again this year in May.

Locklear is best known for her role in the 1990s soap opera Melrose Place. She has also starred on shows like Hot in Cleveland and Franklin & Bash and in films like Firestarter, Money Talks and The Perfect Man.
