George Zimmerman stood before Seminole Country Judge Fred Schott on Tuesday to face domestic charges levied against him by his current girlfriend Samantha Scheibe. He was released on bail with a number of conditions.

George Zimmerman's Bail, Conditions Of Release

Judge Schott deemed that there was enough evidence against Zimmerman, 30, for the charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence battery and criminal mischief to stick and set his bond at $9,000. "I do find probable cause for all three allegations,” Schott said, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

While Zimmerman was able to get out of jail, he is not free to do as he pleases. After his bail was set, Zimmerman was ordered to not contact Schiebe or to get any closer than 1,500 feet from the home he’d been sharing with her. While out on bail, he is not permitted to leave Florida and his whereabouts will be monitored with a tracking device. Lastly, Zimmerman was forced to hand over all firearms in his possession.

Samantha Scheibe's 911 Call

On Monday, Scheibe dialed 911 to report on her live-in boyfriend, and can be heard in the recording screaming, “You just broke my glass table, you just broke my sunglasses, and you put your gun in my [expletive] face, and told me to get the [expletive] out!” The 27-year-old then informs the dispatcher that she was pushed out of her house and subsequently locked out. “He knows how to do this,” she added. “He knows how to play this game.”

George Zimmerman's 911 Call

While Scheibe was on the line with 911 outside, Zimmerman dialed it from within the home to share his side of the story – knowing from experience that 911 calls are made public. “My girlfriend has, for lack of a better word, gone crazy on me,” he told the dispatcher. He denied ever brandishing a weapon and claimed that the dispute began when he agreed to move out at his allegedly pregnant girlfriend’s insistence.

“She’s pregnant with our child and she told me it was better if we co-parented and she raised the child on her own,” Zimmerman said. “That’s fine. I said, ‘Are you sure this is what you want to do?’ She said, ‘Yes.’ As soon as I started to pack up my stuff and leave, she just completely changed…”

Sherriff’s Office Chief Deputy Dennis Lemma has stated that Scheibe claims that she is not pregnant, according to NBC News. During the hearing on Tuesday, it was also alleged that Zimmerman choked Scheibe last week in an incident that she had decided not to report to the authorities at the time.

Zimmerman was acquitted earlier this year of first-degree murder in the shooting death of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February 2012. Since he received the not guilty verdict, Zimmerman has had multiple brushes with the law, including speeding violations and a domestic dispute with his estranged wife Shellie Zimmerman.
