Kensington Palace released the first official photos of Prince Louis.

Images of the newborn were taken days after he was born. Louis was born in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London and weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces. His mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was the photographer behind the photos.

In one photo, Louis is seen looking calm with wide eyes in a white onesie. He’s lying on top of a cushion with embroidered roses. The photo was taken three days after he was born.

Another photo has him in the arms of his older sister Princess Charlotte placing a kiss on his head while he was sleeping. That photo was taken on her third birthday, according to the palace. She’s seen wearing what some are calling a “royal hand-me-down.” The hand-me-down is a blue and white cardigan that her older brother Prince George had worn before.
