Donald Trump’s eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, has paid tribute to her mother, Ivana Trump, by sharing some photos of her childhood, nearly three years after her death.

Ivana died on July 14, 2022, at the age of 73, when she fell down the stairs of her New York City apartment.

In celebration of Mother’s Day on Sunday, Ivanka posted a carousel of photos of her mother to Instagram, the cover picture displaying Ivana sitting outside in a pink dress with a matching feather hat.

Ivanka wrote in the caption, “Today, I’m holding close the beautiful memories of my mother, Ivana—her strength, humor, and love continue to guide me every day. I feel her presence in so many moments, especially as I raise my own children.”

She continued, “I’m also deeply grateful for my grandmother Babi, who fills our home with wisdom, grace, and unconditional love. Her quiet strength is a gift to all of us, and I cherish the bond she shares with my kids.”

“To every mother, grandmother, and mother figure—thank you for the love you pour into your families and the light you bring into the world.”

She signed off, “With love, Ivanka.”

Ivanka’s carousel included several shots of herself and her mother over the years, as well as photos of Ivana and her grandchildren.

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, share three children: Arabella, 13, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 8.

Trump and Ivana were married from 1977 to 1990 and shared Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka.

When Ivana died in 2022, Ivanka tweeted, “Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate and wickedly funny. She lived life to the fullest, never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance. I will miss her forever and will keep her memory alive in our hearts always.”

Ivana’s “gaudy” New York City townhouse has been for sale for over two years for $19 million and has been unable to sell despite several price cuts.
