Conrad Hilton To Plead Guilty To Assault For Allegedly Threatening Flight Crew
Conrad Hilton, the youngest brother of Paris and Nicki Hilton, has agreed to plead guilty to assault for allegedly threatening to kill members of a British Airways flight crew.
Conrad Hilton Guilty Plea
Hilton signed an agreement Tuesday to plead guilty, reported the Los Angeles Times. He will appear in court Thursday, however, he will not officially enter his guilty plea at the time. Proscutors will reportedly only pursue probation for the 20-year-old, though the misdemeanor assault charge carries with it a maximum sentence of six months behind bars.
During the flight from London to Los Angeles last July, Hilton allegedly threatened to kill flight attendants and insulted fellow passengers.
“I am going to f—ing kill you!” he said, according to a U.S. District Court criminal complaint. “I will f—ing own anyone on this flight … they are f—ing peasants.”
“I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss,” Hilton also said, according to the complaint. “My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time.”
Hilton also allegedly punched the plane’s bulkhead inches from a flight attendant’s face.
