Jason Bourne, the fifth film of the series, is set to hit theaters on July 29, and the new trailer has just been released. Bourne seems to have upped the ante in trying to make the world more secure. This time he takes on new sociopolitical threats, cyber warfare and economic turbulence.

The two-and-a-half-minute trailer shows a chase scene in the Las Vegas strip, plenty of fist fighting and Bourne once again trying to discover his true identity.

Star Matt Damon, and director of The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, Paul Greengrass, will both return for the latest Bourne.

Continuing with the theme of the previous movies, Jason Bourne will be action-packed. In this story, he will be attempting to stop a government hacker that is, “worse than Snowden.”

“Hopefully we can reassure our audience that what they’re seeing is an authentic Bourne movie with an authentic Bourne feel with the same character, but nine years later,” Greengrass said of the upcoming film. “You don’t make this kind of movie unless you think it can be a worthy successor.”
