Rosamund Pike Wore Red For Her First Oscars Appearance
Rosamund Pike may have lost the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role, but the British actress was crowned one of the night’s best dressed at Sunday night’s awards.
Pike, who was nominated for her performance as Amazing Amy in Gone Girl, stunned on the red carpet in a red gown from Givenchy Haute Couture. The custom made, strapless dress featured a high slit and elegant neckline of scalloped lace. The dress, designed by Riccardo Tisci, clinched her waist, showing off her slim figure, and the actress paired the red-hot gown with matching stilettos and simple Lorraine Schwartz earrings.
Get The Look For Less: Dress, Neiman Marcus, $396. Shoes, Zappos, $79.95.
On the red carpet, Pike said she was excited to watch her Gone Girl co-star, Neil Patrick Harris, host the Academy Awards, calling the show the “grand finale.”
