Heather Locklear is currently facing four counts of battery against the first responders who answered a domestic violence call between her and her boyfriend Chris Heisser.

In the official police report, it states, “Locklear said the fight first started when [Heisser] lied to her and she threw a can of Red Bull at him.” The statement stated, “that [Heisser] had strangled her and that she was afraid he would kill her … she did not lose consciousness, but was strangled for a long time and thought she might pass out.”

The officers noted that Hesser was “bleeding from the bridge of his nose and he had redness on his chest.”  He told officers that, “Locklear attacked him while he was on the bed and he defended himself. He did not know how many times Locklear struck him. Locklear bit his face and described Locklear as being ‘all over’ him for the last 20-30 minutes acting ‘crazy,’ ‘angry,’ and ‘wild.’”

Sheriff’s officials said the actress kicked, pushed and shouted at deputies, as well as telling them that their children “deserve to die” when they tried to arrest her and escalate the situation. According the police report, she told the officers “You f—— deserve your kids to die! You f—— deserve it!  And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!’”

The situation continued to escalate as Locklear also threatened to shoot the officers that came to her Thousand Oaks, Calif., home, which ultimately led to her home being searched for a firearm.

She was originally arrested last month on domestic violence charge. However, those charges have been dropped since then. However, the actress is still being held for her battery charges.
