Fans Fear Lana Del Rey Didn’t Sign Pre-Nup Protecting $30M Fortune Before Wedding Alligator-Hunter Jeremy Dufrene After Just Months Of Dating
Singer Lana Del Rey posted a photo on her Instagram this week that gave fans a rare look into her relationship with her alligator-hunting husband, Jeremy Dufrene.
Rey, 39, packed on the PDA with a photo showing her kissing her husband before sharing another piece of Valentino lingerie. She showcased lacey white garments and shoes with yellow floral designs for an event.
In September 2024, Rey married Dufrene in a shock wedding just a month after sharing their romance. The pair exchanged their vows in Des Allemandes, Louisiana, at the same bayou where Dufrene works as an alligator tour guide.
Fans of Rey expressed surprise about her new song, which contains lyrics about her whirlwind wedding, during her Stagecoach performance, sparking concern that she did not sign a prenup. At the country music festival, Rey sang a new song, “Stars Fell on Alabama,” dedicated to Dufrene.
However, the pair has not publicly disclosed whether they have a prenup, leaving fans convinced that the rumor may be true that her reported $30 million fortune is at risk if the pair divorces.
Earlier this month, Rey dropped a new single, “Henry Come On”, a country ballad from her 10th studio album. The new songs are expected to be released as part of her upcoming album, Right Person Will Stay, set for release on May 21. However, she later shared in a since-deleted Instagram reel that the release date and album title have changed.
“You know, it’s going to come on time, right?” she said in her reel. “Should I even tell you that the name changed again? Should I tell you now, while you’re happy, you even have a song? Yeah, maybe I’ll wait.”
