Kiss frontman Gene Simmons is offering his fans a unique opportunity to join his team as a personal assistant and roadie for a day during his upcoming solo tour.

For $12,495, participants will get to work alongside Simmons and his crew, assisting with manual labor such as setting up for the show, sitting in on sound checks, hanging out backstage, and even enjoying a meal with the legendary rocker. The exclusive package also includes an on-stage moment where Simmons will introduce the participant to the crowd, a signed set list and a bass used by Simmons during rehearsals. Each participant is allowed to bring a guest and up to four items for Simmons to autograph, though instruments and body parts are off-limits.

The opportunity is limited to one participant per venue throughout Simmons’ solo tour, which runs from April 3 to Aug. 3. Fans who want a more traditional VIP experience can opt for the “Gene Simmons Bass Experience,” which is priced between $6,500 and $12,500 and includes a backstage meeting with Simmons and a signed bass guitar.

This latest initiative follows Simmons’ extensive history of odd marketing strategies. Over the years, he has expanded the Kiss brand far beyond music, launching merchandise that has included everything from caskets to condoms. Despite Kiss wrapping up their “End of the Road” farewell tour in December 2023, Simmons has been clear that while the band is no longer touring, the Kiss legacy will live on through new ventures and fan experiences.
