Danny Masterson’s Mugshot Released Following Transfer To State Prison To Serve 30-Year Sentence After Rape Convictions

Actor Danny Masterson has been sent to California state prison to serve his 30 years to life sentence for two rape convictions.

Masterson has been admitted to North Kern State Prison, which released his first mug shot. The photo shows Masterson in classical prison attire, with him sporting long, curly hair and a beard.

Masterson is not the only disgraced celebrity at North Kern State Prison, as the population includes Tory Lanez.

Lanez is serving a ten-year sentence for shooting the rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the foot back in 2020.

Masterson was convicted of raping two women in June and was sentenced in September to 30 years to life in prison. This first trial on the charges ended with a mistrial, but he was later retried.

His wife, Bijou Phillips, has filed for divorce from him.

Masterson later gave Phillips full legal and physical custody of their daughter with visitation rights. It is believed that this move could protect his assets in any future civil actions against him.

Masterson has filed an appeal for his rape conviction last month.
