The weekend uInterview visited Yeou-Cheng Ma, Yo-Yo Ma’s sister, a friend of Gotthelf’s, performed in the Inn’s cozy library for guests.

Just a short walk to the famed Cooper’s beach, the Southampton Inn is perfectly situated for those looking for a few days in the sun. Guests can wash off the sand in the large pool that’s open from mid-May to mid-October. The Inn is a popular destination for wedding parties and corporate retreats looking for a non-institutional feel for their events. The all-season tennis court doubles as a reception area when women want a heel-safe surface.
