Genevieve Sabourin, Alec Baldwin's Alleged Stalker, Arrested
A judge has issued a restraining order against the woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin. Genevieve Sabourin, 40, a Canadian actress who was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated harassment and stalking, was reportedly sending emails and text messages to Baldwin, professing her love and telling him she wanted to have his baby, according to ABC News.
Baldwin, 54, who recently announced his engagement to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, lashed out against Sabourin on Twitter. “Isn’t it odd when an accused stalker is in handcuffs, being taken away by the cops, yet smiles for the cameras?” he tweeted.
Baldwin and Sabourin met in 2002 on the set of the film The Adventures of Pluto Nash. They also once shared a dinner together, according to the New York Post, though sources say their relationship was always "strictly professional."
Sabourin seems to have thought otherwise, allegedly sending emails that read: “I am less than 10 minutes away from you tonight. Say I do to me,” “I am excited … about creating genevieve baldwin,” and “i need to see you now.”
