Amber Rose has filed for divorce from her husband, rapper Wiz Khalifa, after one year of marriage.

Rose filed for divorce on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences, reported TMZ. Rose apparently wants both full legal and physical custody of their 1-year-old son Sebastian, according to the court documents. She is, however, willing to allow Khalifa visitation rights.

In the filing, Rose maintains that the couple’s prenuptial agreement is valid. Per the prenup, spousal support will be provided.

Other than the “irreconcilable differences” cited in the divorce documents, it’s unknown why the formerly loved-up couple is calling it quits. Lately, however, there have been cheating rumors – specifically that Rose has been stepping out on her husband with the recently single Nick Cannon, who became her manager not too long ago.

Was Rose Cheating On Wiz Khalifa?

"Amber has had a crush on Nick since forever. He was like a mentor to her, and I think she fell in love,” a source told MediaTakeOut.com. "Nick was faithful to Mariah, and Amber was with Wiz so nothing came out of it. Then Amber got pregnant and the two just kind of drifted apart. . . . But when Nick [and Mariah] broke up, they connected."

"I think Amber is ready to move on with her life,” the source added. “And Nick is the man she wants to move on with."

Rose and Khalifa started dating in 2011, became engaged in 2012 and tied the knot in June 2013.
