Lamar Odom has reportedly refused to sign the divorce papers to end his marriage to Khloe Kardashian, and has gone virtually MIA.

Kardashian, 30, is reportedly having trouble getting Odom, 34, to sign the divorce papers she filed back in December of last year. Papers that were filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on Oct. 9 indicate that Kardashian needs to file either for a Request to Enter a Default, or a Request for Dismissal.

"He needs to sign papers and he won't," a source close to the Kardashians told People. "He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on."

If Kardashian chooses to file for a Request to Enter a a Default, she should be able to get the divorce without Odom signing off on it since they don't have joint property or children together. The reality TV star would file for a Request for Dismissal if she decides not to go through with the divorce.

Some have suggested that Kardashian and Odom are in contact with one another and that both of their attorneys have received notices about the protracted divorce, reported E! News. There's been no word on how the still-married pair plans to move forward with the divorce proceedings.

Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom after spending the majority of their marriage hiding his drug use and infidelity. Following her split from the NBA player, she began dating rapper French Montana, whom she recently broke up with.
