Former Saturday Night Live star Maya Rudolph returns this weekend to her old stomping grounds as host, accompanied by musical guest Sleigh Bells, leaving many to speculate about which of her characters will be resuscitated and which will be left in the annals of SNL history.

Here are four highly talked-about Rudolph staples, ranked in order of likelihood:

1. Donatella Versace — Among Rudolph's funniest and most enduring impressions was of fashion diva Donatella, so it's hard to imagine Saturday's episode without a recurrence of her thick Italian accent and spray-on tan. Watch this clip, co-starring Christina Aguilera.

2. "Gemini's Twin" — Rudolph, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ana Gasteyer drew on their respective musical backgrounds to create the vulgar, fast food-loving girl group. Click here to remind yourself why Gemini's Twin is a must-return.

3. “Wake-up Wakefield” — Any chance Rachel Dratch will show up to complete the unenthusiastic duo of Megan and Sheldon, the awkward student co-hosts of a morning show for their fellow San Jose high school students? Let's hope so, but don't count on it. Here's a clip.

4. Whitney Houston — Rudolph was known for her spot-on impersonations, including that of the late pop star. With Rudolph's hosting duties arriving just hours after Houston is laid to rest on Saturday, it is likely far too soon for the sketch-comedy show to joke about the troubled singer. Check out this clip of Rudolph's Houston on the “Miley Cyrus Show,” warning about the dangers of drug use.
