Vanessa Hudgens, 22, may be trading her High School Musical fame for something a little more edgy in the upcoming Sucker Punch, but she hasn't forgot about her former costar, Zac Efron, 23.

The duo may have famously called their four-year relationship quits last December, but Hudgens isn't setting anything in stone. "Who knows what the future will bring," she told Details magazine about their relationship. "We're figuring things out."

With both actors trying so hard to shed their "high school sweetheart" images, things can get complicated. Hudgens shared a little insight into her onscreen chemistry with Journey to the Center of the Earth 2 costar Michael Caine, 77, to demonstrate she's all grown up. "He's uh-mazing," she said of Caine. "Not only is he uh-mazingly, stupidly talented, but he still kind of hits on me. All the time. If it was anybody else, I'd be like, 'Who the hell do you think you are?' But because it's Michael Caine, I'm like, 'Sock it to me more, baby, come on!'"

You'll have to wait a while to see how that chemistry plays out on the big screen. The sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth is filming now. Sucker Punch will hit theaters on March 25. —KIMBERLY STEELE
