College student Lily Stewart, who went viral for her glamorous mugshot earlier this month, was arrested over the weekend, just nine days after her first run-in with the law.

Stewart was arrested on March 8 for two speeding incidents “in excess of maximum limits.” Initially pulled over for going 79 mph in a 55 zone, Stewart received a citation. Minutes later, she was pulled over again for driving 84 mph. Stewart flashed a smile in her mugshot and quickly went viral – she has since been asked to speak to multiple publications.

Stewart’s mugshot prompts comments such as, “Mama, I’m in love with a criminal” and “The only crime here is stealing my heart. “It is a strong example of conventionally attractive individuals receiving exceptionally preferential treatment from the public.

Stewart, 20, a sophomore at the University of Georgia, was taken into custody for the second time by the University’s police a little before 5:30 a.m. on March 23. Her jail records reveal that she was arrested for the misdemeanors of loitering/prowling and obstructing a law enforcement officer. She was released on a $4,600 bail before 11:00 a.m.

Police first responded to a call when an intrusion alarm sounded at the Tate Center on Baxter Street. Security cameras showed individuals identified as Stewart and friends entering the building via a stairwell after hours, with Stewart the first to open the locked door.

At the time of the arrest, Stewart was in the company of fellow student Payton Drewer, 20, and visitors Seamus Gilmartin, 20, and Whitaker Tollman, 19. When the police approached, the group tried to flee, but officers were able to catch Drewer, Gilmartin and Tollman. Although Stewart initially evaded the officers, she was found hiding behind a wall near Sanford Stadium.

After being caught, Stewart acknowledged, “Truly, that was actually my fault.”

All four individuals were arrested, with the other charges including underage alcohol possession and possession of fake IDs.

Stewart, an Alpha Chi Omega sorority member, previously told People that her first arrest occurred while she was on her way to a fraternity party in Milledgeville.

She told Fox News following her first arrest, “I look like a basic white girl, and I am…I think it’s hilarious. One of them was like, ‘We know she has a monogram rain jacket.'”
