‘Real Housewives’ Star Porsha Williams Divorces Simon Guobadia After 15 Months Of Marriage

Porsha Williams, a star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, filed for divorce from Simon Guobadia after 15 months of marriage.

Williams and Guobadia wed in November 2022. Their engagement came in May 2021 after the couple had been dating for one month. In an Instagram post announcing their engagement, Williams wrote:

“Our relationship began a month ago—yes we are crazy in love. I know it’s fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night. Tuning out all negative energy and only focused on positive wishes. He makes me so happy and to me, that is what matters most.”

Williams also referenced Guobadia’s previous marriage to Falynn Pina, who was also on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but did not mention her by name. Williams claimed she “had nothing to do with their divorce filing.”

In the divorce petition filed on Thursday, Williams cited that she and Guobadia “are currently living in a bona fide state of separation.” Williams also claimed that the divorce is not related to recent allegations about Guobadia’s citizen status.

In 2017, Housewives star Kandi Burruss claimed she hooked up with Williams.
