Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s $2.6 million mansion has reportedly been foreclosed on and is set to be sold at auction in November.

The reality star and her husband Kroy Biermann purchased their almost 7,000-square-foot home in Georgia in 2013. The couple took out a $300,000 loan, which they’ve failed to pay back, according to legal documents.

In 2014, Zolciak and her husband received a fieri facias letter threatening to take the property.

At the time, they owed over $10,000. It was reported that the original writ of fieri facias was “canceled,” but new documents reveal that the mansion was foreclosed on.

The documents said the mansion “will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia.”

This follows the cancellation of the family’s Bravo series Don’t Be Tardy. The reality show, which featured the Real Housewives star, her NFL player husband and their four kids, aired for eight seasons before being canceled in 2020.

RHOA fans have taken to social media in response to the news.

Some have expressed sympathy, while others have criticized Zolciak for comments she made about Real Housewives star Kandi Burruss.

During the premiere of RHOA’s fifth season, Zolciak called Burruss’ home “ghetto,” which upset Burruss and many of the show’s viewers.

The foreclosure has sparked questions about the Zolciak-Biermann’s finances.

One fan tweeted “what happened to that NFL money you were bragging about sis?”
