Kendall Jenner Dismisses Report Quoting Her Confirmation Of Dad Bruce Jenner’s Transition
Kendall Jenner has taken to social media to shut down a report that claims to have a quote of her confirming her dad Bruce Jenner‘s transition.
Did Kendall Confirm Bruce’s Transition?
On Wednesday, a report suggested that Kendall Jenner, 21, had voiced her support for Bruce Jenner’s decision to physically transition to become a woman, thereby confirming the reports.
“I love my dad. He’s always been there for me and my sisters,” Us Weekly quoted Kendall. “He’s a wonderful man. And just because he’s changing shoes now, so to speak, doesn’t make him less wonderful. I will always love my dad, whether he’s a man or a woman.”
Later on Wednesday, Kendall took to Twitter to imply that Us Weekly had misquoted her. “How is it legal for someone to “quote” someone and publish it if in fact you never said what was quoted?” the model and reality TV star asked.
Despite all of the speculation about their father’s gender identity, the Kardashian-Jenner kids have remained relatively tightlipped when pressed on the matter. Kim Kardashian explained earlier this year that whatever is going on with her step-father, it should be for him to share.
“Bruce should tell his story his way,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I think everyone goes through things in life, but I do think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he’ll share whenever the time is right.”
