Teddi Mellencamp, daughter of musician John Mellencamp and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, has revealed that her father is already making arrangements for her burial in the family mausoleum in Indiana as she continues her fight against stage 4 melanoma.

Teddi recently declared that she feels like she’s “on her deathbed.”

On a recent episode of her podcast Two T’s In A Pod, the 43-year-old reality star shared details of a conversation with her father, who called her multiple times to discuss the matter. “He goes, ‘I just want to make sure you’re going to be in our group family mausoleum,’” Teddi recounted, noting that the discussion was approached with their characteristic dark humor.

Teddi, who has three children—Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5—with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave, inquired about space for her kids in the mausoleum. John assured her that arrangements were being made for the entire family. She joked about having “hot girls never die” engraved on her tombstone, reflecting her attempt to maintain levity amid serious circumstances.

Since her initial diagnosis in 2022, Teddi has undergone numerous treatments, including surgeries to remove 17 melanoma spots and multiple brain tumors. In March 2025, she disclosed that her cancer had progressed to stage 4, with additional tumors found in her brain and lungs. Despite the challenges, she continues to engage in activities she loves, such as equestrian competitions and remains active in her podcasting endeavors.
