Jim Carrey Quits 'Dumb And Dumber' Sequel
Jim Carrey really wanted to be in the planned Dumb and Dumber sequel along with co-star Jeff Daniels, but Carrey has left the project, ETOnline reports.
Carrey reportedly grew frustrated by New Line and Warner Brothers, who he felt showed a lack of enthusiasm regarding the Peter Farrelly-directed film, entitled Dumb and Dumber To. "I would have thought Dumb and Dumber To was a no-brainer, after all it's implied in the title," Carrey said in a statement.
While the future of the Dumb and Dumber sequel is put on hold, Carrey will next be seen in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.
