HEATHER LOCKLEAR HOSPITALIZED AFTER POSSIBLE OVERDOSE

According to People, officers and paramedics were called to Locklear’s home on Sunday evening after receiving a disturbance call. Upon their arrival, Locklear was allegedly arguing with friends and family while intoxicated. She subsequently kicked an officer as the police were trying to remove her, and later kicked a paramedic in the chest while she was on a gurney.

She was first taken to the hospital, leaving after she was medically cleared to do so. Afterwards, she was transported to the Ventura County Main Jail, and was released Monday morning after posting the $20,000 bail. William Haney, her attorney, accompanied her as she departed from jail. Locklear was dressed in “an oversized gray hoodie and baggy pajama pants and sneakers,” looking “disheveled” according to an officer.
