A judge has finally ruled in the dispute between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner

In a hearing, Baumgartner requested to move out of the house in August, but the judge denied this. Instead, Baumgartner will have until the end of the month to move out of Costner’s home.

The couple has been arguing about this issue since Baumgartner filed for divorce in May. According to their agreed prenup, in the event of a divorce, Baumgartner would have 30 days to move out of the home Costner owns.

Costner has already given her ample funds to find a new home, which includes $30,000 a month and $10,000 for moving fees. In addition to this, Costner has given her $1.4 million as per the prenup and offered $38,000 a month in child support.

Baumgartner has refused to leave the home, leading Costner to file legal documents to evict her. She denies that she refuses to leave the house but previously stated that she will only leave at the end of August if they agree on child support.

The two share three children, Grace, Hayes and Cayden, and have all lived in Costner’s Santa Barbara house together.

Baumgartner requested an additional $248,000 per month for child support and wants Costner to pay for their kid’s health care, extracurricular activities and school tuition. Costner has rejected this amount of money, as he believes Baumgartner will use most of the money on herself in plastic surgery and private trainers.
