In the first of four “Weekend Update: Summer Edition” episodes, Saturday Night Live alum Bill Hader played former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci.

Despite Scaramucci holding the position for just 11 days, that was plenty of time for SNL to do what they do best. The segment co-anchors Colin Jost and Michael Che riffed off the various current events of the week. “It’s been a crazy year these past few weeks,” Jost joked. “I don’t know if you guys noticed, but there were some minor staffing changes at the White House.”
Hader called the hosts on FaceTime as Scaramucci for an interview. “You know how you miss me, I’m like human cocaine,” Hader said. “You got a little bump of me, I made you feel excited, but I was out of your system too quick. And now that I’m gone you’re all depressed, you’re edgy and you’re trying to figure out how to score some more Scara-mooch.”
“All I did was sell my company, miss the birth of my child, and ruin my entire reputation, all to be king of Idiot Mountain for 11 days. The Mooch is loose!” he continued. “Hey, you guys hiring over there? ‘Cause I’m available, and I go jokes now. Here’s one for free: hickory dickory dock, Steve Bannon was sucking his–,” and then the call went dead.
Later in the segment, Alex Moffat and Mikey Day reprised their roles as Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Kenan Thompson appeared as LaVar Ball, father of Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball. Lastly, Leslie Jones appeared as herself to discuss her summer gym routine and talk about her newly toned body.
