Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP Celebrates 200th Issue With Holiday Feast

Gwyneth Paltrow's weekly publication GOOP is celebrating its 200th edition with a holiday special featuring "gorgeous festive recipes paired with Cameron Hughes wines." The issue begins with an hors d'oeuvre of smoke trout on rye, a choice of roast pumpkin soup or grilled raicchio wedge salad, and is followed by salt-baked sea bass or turkey osso bucco, each paired with curated wines from Cameron Hughes, of which Paltrow says: "I discovered this company a year or so ago and was very intrigued by their idea to make really beautiful wine affordable and accessible. Although it might be easy to dismiss a woman who installs a wood-burning pizza oven in her garden in the middle of a recession, the actress and wife of Coldplay's Chris Martin also provides some gratuitous holiday insight that rings true and universal: "What is holiday spirit?
