Selena Gomez & Benny Blanco Step Into Wonderland With Halloween Costumes Dressed As Alice & The Mad Hatter

Selena Gomez and her boyfriend Benny Blanco brought Alice in Wonderland to life with their Halloween costumes, attending a party dressed as Alice and the Mad Hatter.

On Saturday, October 26, Gomez, 32, posted snapshots on Instagram of herself as the story’s curious heroine, seated next to Blanco, 36. He portrayed the Mad Hatter, inspired by Johnny Depp’s version in Tim Burton’s 2010 adaptation.

“Curiouser and curiouser…” the Only Murders in the Building star captioned the post.

For her costume, Gomez wore a blonde wig and a black Jennifer Behr headband, completing the look with a faded blue, off-the-shoulder tulle dress adorned with a white feather. White and black pumps completed the outfit.

Blanco embraced the eccentric look of the Mad Hatter, sporting a bright orange curly wig, white face paint, and the character’s iconic bronze top hat. His outfit featured a brown tailcoat, green waistcoat and a polka-dot shirt with a purple scarf.

Gomez added a nostalgic touch by sharing a clip from Disney’s classic 1951 Alice in Wonderland animation, which seemingly inspired her costume. Blanco also shared glimpses of their Halloween night, posting photos of his Mad Hatter look in his Instagram Stories, surrounded by party guests.

In one video shared by Gomez, she playfully sat at a table with Blanco, who teased her for thinking he was taking a picture. “It’s a video,” he corrected, to which she laughed, replying, “Why do you always do that to me?”

The couple first went public with their relationship in December 2023 and have since shared occasional posts together. Gomez described her relationship with Blanco in Vanity Fair, saying, “I’ve never been loved this way… he’s my best friend. I love telling him everything.”

After she was recently named to the Bloomberg billionaires’ list, Gomez said “talking about money is distasteful.”
