Ezra Miller is at the center of yet another incident involving a minor.

A week after The Perks of Being a Wallflower actor was charged with grooming a minor, a mother and her 12-year-old has been granted temporary harassment protection against Miller in Massachusetts.

The pair said the actor allegedly behaved inappropriately towards the child and flashed a gun in a threatening manner.

The family was at the downstairs neighbor’s house in Greenfield, Massachusetts on February 2, when Miller showed up claiming to be a friend-of-a-friend of the neighbor. According to neighbors, Miller was wearing a bulletproof vest and was acting erratically.

Miller said that the board game Parcheesi has Rastafarian roots, and when the family questioned them, they brandished a gun hidden in their jacket and said, “Talking like that could get you into a really serious situation.”

The visiting neighbor also told reporters that Miller was pestering the minor with compliments, initiating uncomfortable hugs and touching their hips. (Both Miller and the minor are non-binary and use they/them pronouns.)

The mother and child said that the actor displayed strange behavior and had dilated pupils, leading them to believe he was “under the influence.”

A week earlier, a North Dakota family filed a legal complaint accusing Miller of grooming their child, Tokata Iron Eyes, since they were 12 years old. Iron Eyes met Miller at the Standing Rock pipeline protest in 2016, according to court documents. Miller allegedly flew Iron Eyes to London to visit the Fantastic Beasts film set, provided them with drugs like marijuana and LSD and paid for their college tuition.

After Iron Eyes dropped out of college in December, their parents got them from Miller’s home, but Iron Eyes fled with them again to Los Angeles and Hawaii.

Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct at a bar in Hawaii after throwing a chair at a woman, leaving her with a gash on her forehead.

The court is unable to locate the actor at this time. Miller has since deleted their Instagram account after posting multiple memes jabbing at authorities.
