Tristan Thompson has admitted that he had a sexual relationship with Maralee Nichols, the woman currently suing him for child support, but still disputes the paternity of the child. Nichols, a personal trainer, gave birth to the child on December 1.

When the conception would have occurred, Thompson, 30, was still in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian. In a court filing, Thompson admitted that he met Nichols in December 2020 and met up for sex infrequently between December and March 13, 2021, but never had a serious relationship.

Thompson also wrote Nichols “understood the limitations of our relationship; to wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual sex only.” He also said that if he were the father, “the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it was my birthday.”

Thompson also denied the content of Snapchat messages allegedly sent between him and Nichols that were made public via court documents. These messages included Thompson allegedly suggesting Nichols get an abortion, and that he would be unable to pay ample child support since he would be retiring from the NBA soon.

Thompson and Kardashian have been broken up since June of this year after many years of an off-and-on relationship with its fair share of drama. Kardashian is focused on co-parenting their 3-year-old daughter True.
