Raquel Leviss Says She Slept With Tom Sandoval At Tom & Ariana Madix’s House While Ariana Was At Funeral

Since the shocking cheating scandal on Vanderpump Rules, the cast came together to film a reunion as the finale for season ten. 

Tom Sandoval cheated on his then-girlfriend Ariana Madix with Madix’s close friend Raquel Leviss. The scandal has been called “Scandoval.” 

During the reunion, Sandoval made rude comments about sex with Madix. Madix had commented, “You know who he did sleep with after him and Raquel started sleeping together? Me.” To which Sandoval retorted, “Yeah, she kept her t-shirt on. It was really hot.”

The rest of the cast did not hold back their reactions. 

Lala Kent told Sandoval, “You’re disgusting,” and then told Leviss, “This is your future, Raquel. I want you to know he’s going to talk to you like this too.” 

Madix made it clear that she has not and will not forgive Leviss as she feels betrayed by her. 

“You’re disgusting, and I wish nothing but the worst (expletive) that can ever happen to a person on you. My dog had just died. I cried in your (expletive) arms. You’re a (expletive) psychopath. You are terrifying to me as a person. … You’re a dementor. … You’re a soul-sucking individual, and I will, after today, never see or speak to you ever again, and I will be better for it.”

Leviss did apologize to Madix but does not regret getting together with Sandoval. 

“I’m so ashamed and embarrassed that I’m even capable of keeping this secret from somebody who has been in my corner since the beginning,” she said. “Ariana, I am so sorry for betraying you. I can’t even fathom the pain that I caused you. I have been completely selfish, and you’re right: Selfish isn’t even the right word, because it doesn’t even begin to describe the state of mind I have been in.” 

Leviss made it clear that “the way it was handled was a complete mistake,” but announced that they were in love, even though the two broke up. She clarified that she, “felt seen and heard by him,” as an explanation for her actions.

At the end of the episode, Sandoval did apologize for his actions. 

“Understand that I’m a human. I make mistakes. I make (expletive) terrible mistakes. I hurt somebody I’ve never loved ever more in my entire life. Ariana, I know that you hate me, and it’s ok. I understand, but I want you to know that I will always love you, and I will always be cheering you on from afar. Always.” 

Madix made it clear that she does not feel the same way towards him. 

“I will not forgive him, and I will not be cheering him on from afar.” 

The end of the episode featured an interview that Leviss conducted six days after they taped the reunion. She needed to come clean about a lie that she had told previously. She and Sandoval both denied having sex in Sandoval and Madix’s home while Madix was at her grandmother’s funeral, but this was untrue. 

“This is the one story we’ve agreed on getting straight, and I know that the reason why Tom wanted to lie about it is because it’s a really bad look to hook up with someone’s boyfriend in their own house when they’ve gone out of town, especially for a funeral of all things. I don’t know if this has (expletive) killed my soul. I am so sick of lying. I hate it. I hate being deceitful. It’s horrible.”
