Rapper Gangsta Boo Died Of Fentanyl & Cocaine Overdose, Autopsy Reveals
Rapper Gangsta Boo’s cause of death has finally been revealed.
The autopsy report of the Three 6 Mafia member shows a mix of drugs in her body at death – fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol.
The pioneer hip-hop artist, whose real name is Lola Mitchell, was found unconscious on New Year’s Day this year in a residence, and soon was announced dead. The cause of death was never publicly released until now.
Boo was 43 years old, with almost 30 years of career as a rapper.
She joined Three 6 Mafia when she was 14 and became prominent among members DJ Paul, Lord Infamous (who died at 40), Crunchy Black and Koopsta Knicca (who also died at 40).

Her death from a fentanyl overdose comes as yet another high-profile loss from the drug in recent months, including former Eight Is Enough star Adam Rich.
