So who's the latest Real Housewife trying to make the transition to non-reality television? NeNe Leakes, who recently spilled about her upcoming appearance on Glee.

Leakes has never been known for her subtlety, so maybe she'll fit in well with the enthusiastic musical ensemble cast at McKinley High. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star will play Roz Washington, the school's synchronized swimming coach and "the nemesis to Sue Sylvester, who is Jane [Lynch]," as Leakes describes her role to the Insider.

She considers herself to have a lot in common with her new Olympic-bronze-medalist character. "She's very strong-willed, she's very straightforward. She's not afraid of Sue Sylvester," she told the online magazine.

Leakes also appeared in 10 episodes of last season's The Celebrity Apprentice, where she had an infamous disagreement with Star Jones that caused her to walk off the show. But, according to Leakes, she won't be walking off Glee anytime soon. The cast has reportedly been very welcoming. "I've met Lea Michele, she's very sweet. She busted into my trailer and was like, 'Oh my gosh, hi, and welcome aboard.' I've met Chris [Colfer], and I've met everybody, and I think they're all great."

The reality star's primary concern about the recurring guest-starring role is the pool. "I've been really worried about the water," she revealed. "I'm a black girl. I can't get my hair all wet."

The Glee episode introducing Leakes' character will air on Tuesday, January 17 at 8:00 p.m. on FOX.
