Actress Natasha Richardson, 45, died from a blunt impact to her head, according to the New York City medical examiner's office. Her death has been ruled an accident after the autopsy was performed. Richardson died on Wednesday after suffering severe brain injuries during a skiing accident in Montreal on Monday. The impact caused internal brain bleeding, which eventually killed her. Richardson and actor Liam Neeson have two teenage sons together. The Tony-winning actress is the daughter of Oscar-winner Vanessa Redgrave, who was at her side in her final hours. (Photo: WENN)
