Jason Momoa Reportedly Tried To Get Amber Heard Fired From ‘Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom’

Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom star Jason Momoa reportedly tried to get Amber Heard fired from the film.

Momoa appeared dressed as Heard’s ex-husband Johnny Depp in an attempt to get her fired while the former couple’s defamation suit was taking place, according to a new report from Variety.

Heard was almost fired from her role portraying Mera in the 2018 film Aquaman due to a lack of chemistry with Momoa.

However, the report claims that Elon Musk, Heard’s former boyfriend, wrote a letter to Warner Bros. threatening to “burn the house down,” prompting Heard’s return for the sequel.

A DC spokesperson has denied the allegations against Momoa.

The notes from Heard’s therapist, however, contradict these statements and read, “Jason said he wanted me fired. Jason drunk — late on set. Dressing like Johnny. Has all the rings too.”

The records also say that the film’s director, James Wan, treated Heard poorly on set.

“He raised his voice at me,” the notes say. “‘I can’t even post about Aquaman‘— made it like it was my fault — I said ‘I’m sorry.’ Nobody could take selfies with me on set given blackout.”

A DC spokesperson also rejected these claims.
