Ciara Shines On The Blue Carpet For 2019 BET Awards

Among the many artists that appeared for the annual BET Awards, Ciara was the one that stood out.

The “Level Up” singer walked the blue carpet wearing a vibrant orange dress. The textured dress emphasized shoulders, and side train added elegance to the look. The couture dress by Jean Paul Gaultier complimented the carpet emphasized her charismatic persona.

She also wore complimenting Stuart Weitzman strapped heels.
