Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has come forward with accusations against tech billionaire Elon Musk for allegedly retaliating against her and their 6-month-old son after she sued him for sole custody.

St. Clair’s lawyers said in a statement: “Elon Musk has financially retaliated against his child and reduced financial support substantially and unilaterally. He did this after Ashley was forced to bring this matter to court when he refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this matter without publicity.”

St. Clair took to X in February to share the news that she and Musk allegedly had welcomed a child together. Her lawyers said that he was an absentee father. Musk responded by filing an emergency gag order to prevent her from communicating about his actions.

“The judge denied the emergency nature of the application, even though it is still pending,” the attorneys said. “Ashley is vigorously opposing this application to preserve her right to speak out. Mr. Musk fashions himself as a First Amendment warrior and offers free communications via his social media platform. Given that Mr. Musk is dedicated to transparency in government, it would be helpful if he administered his own life by the same principles.”

St. Clair claims that she and Musk connected via X in May 2023, and their child was conceived in January 2024.

“I am the only parent to make decisions for R.S.C.,” St. Clair added. “I schedule and take him to all of his medical appointments.” St. Clair noted that Musk had only seen their child three times, and his last visit was in November 2024.

St. Clair has asked the court to have Musk take a DNA test to prove he is the father and provided numerous text messages to Musk to confirm their relationship.
