Ashley Judd Fights Mining

Ashley Judd is crusading against mountaintop mining. On Tuesday, the actress, 40, led a rally in Frankfort, Ky., in support of legislation that would ban the practice of blasting away mountaintops to extract coal. She was greatly effected by her visit last September to several mountaintop sites where she saw first-hand the destruction of Appalachian peaks for mining. (Photo: WENN)
