Wheel of Fortune hostess Vanna White says her job isn’t easy despite working only 34 days a year for her $10 million salary.

During a conversation on The Morning Show, White revealed that her work schedule has her on set 34 days a year and six shows in a day; those present reacted with surprise. Along with filming, White revealed she has 331 days off a year.

“That sounds like a great job,” Duran praised, “and you know what, no one deserves it more than you. You’re the best.”

“Yeah, I guess so,” White said, “I never thought of it that way.”

White also had an emotional journey over the last year after longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak left the show after 41 seasons. The two have co-hosted the show together since 1982.

During his last day on set, Sajak and White shared a tearful goodbye before he departed from the show. A video the show played on June 6 showed the two together on set.

“I can’t believe that tomorrow is our last show together,” White said. “I don’t know how to put into words what these past 41 years have meant to me, but I’m going to try. You made me so comfortable and made me confident, Pat. You made me who I am; you did.”

“Those memories, milestones, and life events we shared with our families outside the studio are my favorite. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve celebrated. What an incredible and unforgettable journey we’ve had, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it with you.”

Ryan Seacrest took over hosting duties while White remains co-host of the longtime running game show. After an extensive contract renegotiation, White got her first pay raise in 18 years to $10 million annually.
