Amanda Bynes Seeks Treatment For Mental Health After Pregnancy Announcement
Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes is currently seeking treatment for mental health issues after pregnancy speculations.
According to TMZ, the actress might have to give up custody once her child is born due to her ongoing struggles. A source told the publication that Bynes is “6 weeks pregnant and currently receiving treatment in a psychiatric facility.”
Last Valentine’s Day, Bynes announced her engagement to boyfriend Paul Michael on her Instagram account. The couple broke up three weeks afterward.
“I love her though, she’s my best friend,” Michael told In Touch earlier this month.
One month afterward, Bynes and her ex-fiancé both shared on their respective Instagram accounts that they are expecting their first child together. The posts have since been deleted.
Attorney of Amanda Bynes, David Esquibias, said that her decision to seek treatment was in regards to mental health and that any rumors that she was suffering from drug or alcohol addiction issues are “completely false.”
