On Monday, a federal agent testified in the ongoing trial against Sean Combs.

Combs was taken into custody on September 16, 2024, on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial began on May 5, with explosive testimony from a male escort.

The agent shared that during a raid of Combs’ New York City Park Hyatt hotel room following his September 2024 arrest, they uncovered a sizable amount of drugs, lubricant and baby oil and $9,000 in cash.

Dozens of photos from inside the hotel room have now been shared.

Last week, a bag with the substances was shown in court during a testimony by Department of Homeland Security agent Yasin Binda. Ziplock bags containing the pink powder drugs were passed around the jurors. Binda showed off the stack of $9,000 found in the hotel, along with the bottles of Astroglide lubricant and Johnson’s baby oil. A bottle of amphetamine was also found at the site. A lighting device was potentially used for “mood lighting.” Supported by photo evidence, Binda testified that one of the pill bottles was labeled clonazepam, with the prescription made out to “Frank Black.”

In her testimony, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, confirmed he would often use the alias Frank Black. Clonazepam is usually used to treat seizure disorders or panic disorders. However, the pill bottles were found to contain solid versions of the pink powder, which tested positive for both MDMA and ketamine. U.S. attorneys have said that Combs would use such drugs to coerce and force women to have alleged days-long orgies to the point of requiring an IV drip from exhaustion.

Despite over 100 individuals accusing Combs of sexual assault, corroborated by numerous witnesses to his actions, and video and photo evidence, Combs has maintained his innocence, insisting that everything he did was consensual.

Combs’ jury is comprised of four women and eight men.
