Kanye Releases New Album ‘Jesus Is King’ After Delay
Kanye West, 42, is making noise again with his ninth studio album Jesus Is King.
The rapper seems to be compiling his weekly gospel Sunday Service into the form of an 11-track studio album. The tracks include “Every Hour,” “Closed on Sunday” “and “Use the Gospel.” The record is rumored to cover anything from his problem with porn addiction to his experiences with premarital sex.
The 21-time Grammy winner announced that the new album would be dropping at midnight on October 25, however its release has been delayed.
West reached out to his fans on Twitter to explain the delay, stating he and his team are working on fixing up mixes for three of the tracks: “Everything We Need,” “Follow God” and “Water.”
To my fans
Thank you for being loyal & patient
We are specifically fixing mixes on “Everything We Need” “Follow God” & “Water”
We not going to sleep until this album is out!

The album is also accompanied by a 30-minute long movie that can only be seen in select theaters for a ridiculously priced ticket. According to the New York Post, the rapper barely makes an appearance in the movie and seems to be arbitrarily set in some kind of space station. Five-month-old Psalm, Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s youngest child, is also seen being cradling near the end of the movie.
