Kevin Spacey Sued by Masseur Over Alleged Sexual Assault
According to a new lawsuit, a naked Kevin Spacey turned the massage table on a masseur, trying to sexually assault him. The lawsuit alleges the former House Of Cards star forced the masseur to “touch his scrotum, testicles and penis” before “pulling him in for an apparent attempted forced kiss.”
In a lawsuit, the anonymous plaintiff, who worked as a massage therapist for 35 years, says the Oscar-winning actor attacked him two years ago at a private residence in Malibu.
After setting up, the masseur asked Spacey “whether he needed to be aware of any problem areas for the message.”
“Spacey stated words to the effect that he was having some pain or discomfort in his groin area,” the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit alleges: “Spacey’s conduct was extreme and outrageous. Spacey acted with reckless disregard for plaintiff’s rights and feelings, and with deliberate indifference to the certainty that the plaintiff would suffer emotional distress.
“As a direct and proximate result of Spacey’s actions, the plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer severe mental anguish, emotional pain and distress, fear, humiliation, grief, embarrassment, nervousness, worry, anger, frustration, helplessness, nervousness, sadness, stress, mental and emotional distress, and anxiety.”
