Britney Spears is celebrating her big win of ending her conservatorship which she has been under for 14 years.

Days after the conservatorship was terminated, Spears toasted to her new “freedom” with a glass of champagne.

“What an amazing weekend… I felt like I was on cloud nine the whole time,” Spears wrote on Instagram Monday. “I actually got my first glass of champagne at the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever seen last night.”

She added, “I mean after 13 years… I think I’ve waited long enough.”

Spears intends on continuing her celebration through the holidays and her birthday on December 2. She will be turning 40.

“I’m celebrating my freedom and my (birthday) for the next two months!”

Judge Brenda Penny ruled on Friday that “the conservatorship of the person and estate of Britney Spears is no longer required” and “hereby terminated.”

The popstar was originally placed under a conservatorship in 2008 when she was 26 after suffering a public breakdown that played out before the paparazzi.

Outside of the Los Angeles courthouse, fans and supporters of the “Circus” singer crowded together and celebrated when the news was announced.

Around 500 supporters cheered and shot confetti in the air, thrilled that their icon was legally free to be her own person.

Online, fans and celebrities shared their congratulations and the topic was trending on Twitter.

Celebrities like Lady Gaga, Cher and Paris Hilton shared their happiness over Spears.

Fiancé Sam Asghari showed support for Spears’ on Instagram, writing: “History was made today. Britney is Free!”

Spears’ thanked her lawyer Matthew Rosengart for winning her case on Monday.

“I’m so happy my lawyer… came into my life when me did… I’m forever thankful for that,” she wrote. She said he “truly turned my life around.”

Spears shared her gratitude to her dedicated fans and wrote, “What a sight seeing so many people celebrating my victory… I love my fans so much.”
