Rapper DaBaby recent released a new track, and one line from the song received a lot of backlash from fans on Twitter.

In the freestyle “Beatbox” remix, it seemed like DaBaby took a swing at 17-year-old social media star Jojo SiwaThe line in question occurred when DaBaby rapped, “You b–ch, Jojo Siwa, b–ch,” while he held up a photo of Siwa on his phone.

This line left many fans questioning why the rapper would take a swing at the teen star and were angry at him for doing so.

Despite the backlash, DaBaby found the response hysterical and took the Twitter to explain that the line wasn’t meant as a diss, it was a play on words. DaBaby’s real name is Jonathan, hencing “Jojo” and Siwa was used to twist “see why.”

“😂😂😂😂 I love Twitter bruh,” the rapper tweeted.

DaBaby also tweeted to Siwa directly writing, “@jojosiwa my 3 year old princess is you number 1 fan. I bought her every product you have out. She think you 😂. Don’t let them trick you into thinking I’d ever have a problem with you. My word play just went over their heads. All love on my end shawty, keep thing!”

However, that did not stop fans from discussing the possible feud on Twitter with some hilarious memes.
