Tori Spelling marked the 33rd anniversary of the hit 90’s show Beverly Hills, 90210 with a social media post showing the first headshot she took for her character Donna Martin.

She followed the picture with a long caption.

“33 years ago today Beverly Hills, 90210 aired and changed this teen girls life forever and the amazing fans, friends, and family it created for a lifetime!” she began the post.

Spelling gave her younger self some advice on self-worth in the caption.

“Here’s what I would say to that 15-year-old girl in that photo. You are worth something. A lot! You will go on to not only OWN the character of Donna Martin but make her into one of the world’s most iconic and beloved characters in TV history. Don’t listen to anyone that makes you feel any less than you are! You can do anything you set your mind, heart, and soul towards doing!” she wrote.

She also talked about a desire to prove her worth by making it on her own, despite her father, Aaron Spelling, being the producer.

The past year has been a difficult one for Spelling, as she is currently going through a separation from her husband, Dean McDermott, and is facing reported financial troubles. She recently moved her family to an RV park after her home was infested with mold. Then, she was hospitalized for an undisclosed ailment.
